I Became a Sick Nobleman is about a guy who runs around with his sick body to clear out threats, get allies, and get better little by little. It's a light read where it's not heavy. The butler and the MC’s interactions with the other characters are fun.

The MC is realistic since he understands the weight of killing people with his command. He is very emphatic towards other people but dense about things that involve him. He is very stubborn, and his firm will is his main thing.

Despite many people arguing that I Became a Sick Nobleman is similar to Trash of the Count’s Family, this novel is more similar to Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji. I could see the similarities of the world-setting, but the rest is quite different. On the other hand, Cassion is Sebastian basically in human form, and the dynamic between him and MC is also reminiscent of Ciel's relationship with Sebastian.
