Count's Youngest Son is a Warlock

The opening of Count’s Youngest Son is a Warlock is unique and exciting. It piqued my curiosity when I looked at the first chapter, making readers want to turn to read the next chapter immediately. The beginning may be slow, but the story is enjoyable after a while.

The novel is about warlocks, black magic, and divine power, but I enjoyed the family side. The character development and action are good enough for me to follow this work for more than 200 chapters. It's promising.

The MC, Lucien, has an overprotective brother and sister and a father who cares about him. His ties with his family or master are fascinating, whether in the past or present. Lucien is brilliant and opportunistic. He's not the sort of main character to be outstandingly astute or suspiciously evasive.

Lucien is not a solid main character from the beginning but grows throughout the story. He has a goal that may be evasive, but it's something that he truly deserves. Revelation after revelation, the meaning of his goal, "I want to live," became deeper.

He has a double life. He lives as Lucien Chronia, and as Hamel, he lives with a mask on, fearing to be rejected and killed as a warlock. The development is indeed impressive and emotional, and I mean it. I'm maybe too sensitive, but I've cried so many times reading this story.

Count’s Youngest Son is a Warlock may not be incredible, but the author did a great job transmitting the emotions.
